SUS316L
Characteristics
SUS316L has lower carbon content than SUS316, which leads to minimal precipitation of carbides during welding and in high-temperature environments. For this reason, it is widely used for parts to be welded. Its austenite structure imparts outstanding toughness to this material even at cryogenic temperatures.
